Meet Tara French
I'm Tara French, founder of Samaras Learning Labs. With a Master's degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning and over two decades of experience in corporate training, instructional design, and workforce development, I've dedicated my career to helping professionals learn and grow.
At 62, I understand firsthand what it feels like to face new technology and wonder, "Am I too late?" The answer is no—you're not behind, you're just underserved. Most AI training is built by technologists for technologists. I created Samaras Learning Labs to offer something different: patient, empathetic guidance that meets you where you are.
My approach combines my background in adult learning theory with real-world practicality. I've been lucky enough to work with outstanding professionals in the training organizations at companies like VMware, Informatica, Honeywell, and Convergys, and I've seen how transformative it can be when people are given the right support to learn new skills.
